Received that three page morale builder of Dec. 15 today. Sure been sweating the letters out. Got one from Sis and one from Erv too. Now I’ve got three letters to write. So you received Chick’s Christmas presents okay, huh? He told me what they were. I expect they are really swell. Seems like everytime I get anyplace I could buy anything I’m always broke. That extra allowance knocked the hell out of my pay check if you remember. Now don’t send any money. I didn’t mean it that way. I don’t think I’ll ever have the chance to send anything home. I’ve got seventeen bucks and a pay coming so I’ve got plenty of dough to get anything if it’s possible. Don’t bank on it tho. I got the same card from Chick as you did. Twas kinda nice. Glad you are taking care of yourself and keep it up. I’m still okay so far. I sure love you and miss you. Be good.
